Ikhabhinethi yaseRwanda ikhuphe umyalezo obhengeza ukuba iimaski zobuso azisayi kuphinda zinyanzeliswe, kodwa 'zikhuthazwa ngamandla' ngaphandle.

Nangona kunjalo, uluntu luyabongozwa ngamandla ukuba luvavanywe rhoqo ngelixa luqhubeka nokujonga imilinganiselo yothintelo, lo myalezo wongezelelekileyo.

Urhulumente ukwakhumbuze abemi kunye nabahlali baseRwanda ukuba kufuneka bagonywe ngokupheleleyo ukuze bafikelele kwiindawo zikawonke-wonke kuquka nezithuthi zikawonke-wonke.

Ukugonywa ngokupheleleyo kuthetha ukuba needosi ezimbini kunye ne-booster shot xa kufanelekile.
